If you already have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed and properly setup, then you only need to click on the link. Adobe Acrobat Reader will automatically start and open the file.
If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader, but clicking on the link does not seem to do the job, then try right-mouse clicking on the link, select "Save Target As...", specify a location -- the file is now saved to your hard drive. Start Adobe Reader and use "File --> Open" to manually open the file. Also see "Final Note" below.
If you do not have Adobe Reader, you can download the reader for free from www.adobe.com. Download and install Adobe Reader (I believe the latest version is 6.0). Then follow the instructions above.
Once the file opens in Adobe Reader use the Right and Left arrow buttons at the bottom or the side scroll bar to page between the pictures. You can also choose to View --> Full Screen for larger pictures (note for publishing purposes all pictures have been reduced in size and quality).
Final note: If you install Adobe Reader, and clicking on the link (or any *.pdf file) does not automatically open that file into Adobe Reader, then try this:
1. Double click on "My Computer"
2. Select "Tools --> Folder Options"
3. Under the "File Types" tab, scroll down to the Extensions type "PDF"
4. If it does not "Opens with:" Adobe Reader, then click Change, and select
Adobe Reader from the dialog box that opens.
5. Be sure to hit "Apply" before "Close"
